It is embarrassing to see how many Churches and their members are taking their problems against each other to the secular courts instead of settling their disputes within the Church.  We offer you teachings on resolving conflict that was preached by Pastor Nicolas Ellen. He provides a working definition of conflict, the root causes, along with practical solutions for resolving conflict.
